This episode was a little bit of a blunder - we recorded this prior to SCA's Global Coffee Expo and then the intent was to publish before the show came to town. Well, The Global Coffee Expo has come and gone - April 20-23rd. It was fantastic and we will be talking about that in future episodes.
But for now, you get to hear us talk about the show that's coming but which has already transpired. Still, the things we paint in this show will inform the next, and I think it's entertaining. Plus, we are trying out a new show format...see if you can spot what we are doing over the next few episodes.
